MEET THE FOUNDERS

RICHY HIRTLE

Richy has always had a desire to work toward a higher purpose. It is because of that that he joined the United States Air Force shortly after high school. After his almost decade long military career, Richy immersed himself in the world of online marketing, quickly rising to the head of the table as one of the best marketers in the financial services industry.

After his almost decade long military career, Richy immersed himself in the world of online marketing, quickly rising to the head of the table as one of the best marketers in the financial services industry.

ANDREW RIIS

Andrew started in the financial services industry right out of college and has grown each business he has been a part of. Most recently, Andrew was an integral member of a startup team that doubled its business three years in a row! Andrew’s unique background in financial services and marketing enables him to take a tailored approach to the support and strategies that he offers to his clients.

Andrew has been in the insurance industry since 2006. Over his time in this industry he has worked as a customer service rep, sales agent, individual life & annuity producer, recruiter, business developer, Director of Sales at an FMO, and now as co-founder of RA Marketing. Andrew’s #1 goal in each of these positions has been to consistently increase productivity and profitability for his clients, his clients’ clients, and his partners. 


Andrew married his wife Krystle in 2008, and together they have created an amazing family of 6  children ages 4 to 12. Outside of work, Andrew is passionate about spending time outside with his family, bass guitar, fishing, and smoking large pieces of meat.
